Bamboo Fruit Bowl & Home Décor Bowl (Dark Natural)

Our 30cm off-white bamboo bowls are hand spun using bamboo fibres at our craft workshop in Vietnam. Each of our stunning bamboo bowls is uniquely designed with a two-tone effect. The bases of our bowls are painted with an eco-friendly water-based lacquer, whilst the rim and inside of the bowl are left exposed, seamlessly blending contemporary and rustic design.

Our off-white bamboo bowls are intended as fruit bowls, or as decorative bowls, but they can also be used to prepare salads, store keepsakes or serve food.

All our bamboo bowls are hand spun using bamboo fibres. A traditional craft technique commonly used in rural Vietnam. The fibres are spun tightly together using only basic tools and a skilled pair of hands. We only use sustainably sourced bamboo, and our bowls are packaged in recycled kraft paper boxes.

Our bamboo bowls are incredibly sturdy and durable and do not require much attention to keep them in good condition. Follow these instructions and your bowls will last a lifetime:

- Do not place your bamboo bowls in the dishwasher, microwave or freezer.
- Do not leave your bamboo bowls to soak in water for more than 10 minutes.
- Do not use your bamboo bowls for hot liquid foods such as soup, porridge or curry.

Our bamboo bowls are handmade using bamboo ethically sourced in Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam! The bamboo is farmed in small batches by two family-run farms and transported to our workshop for processing!

Once we receive the bamboo it is broken down into fibres where it can be spun tightly together to form a solid bowl!

We then use a water-based lacquer to paint the outside of our bamboo bowls, creating the beautiful two-tone design that you see on your screens!

All our bamboo is naturally grown using traditional Vietnamese farming methods, it is picked and processed using only basic tools and a lot of skilled hands!
