A note on shelf life: Of course we would love to know that you are using our STOCK on just about everything you cook! Just in case you don’t though; your bottle of NOMU Stock has an 18 month shelf life as you find it on shelf at your local retailer. Once you take it home, remove the safety seal that is inside the bottle lid and use as per instructions on the packaging, we recommend refrigerating the open bottle. Even refrigerated, we suggest trying to use all of the stock within 4 weeks to ensure the best results.
